Location: Ipswich – various entertainment venues
Salary: £36,648 – £38,223
Hours: 37 hours per week (permanent)

Do you have the leadership qualities to manage the technical team across two of the region’s premier performance venues, the Regent Theatre and the Corn Exchange? Between them they host more than 200 different performances each year, everything from West End musicals to the biggest names in pop, rock and comedy.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for theatre and the performing arts combined with great organisational skills to develop service delivery with a dedicated team of Shows & Events Coordinators, technicians, internal and agency crew.

You will need strong team leadership skills, have an eye for detail and be competent to ensure a safe working environment for all. This role includes facility management across both venues. You’ll also need to be able to manage working shift patterns for the wider team with a high level of PC and IT competency. Communication is key to this role, whether with external partners or internal, combined with a high level of industry knowledge.
