Most of our weeklong shows come with up to 30% discount off the top two price bands for select weekday performances.

Certain shows come with the additional benefit of being able to book for your group of 8 or more, before sales open to the general public. This gives groups the best chance of securing their favourite seats all together.

We’ll announce any group pre-sales on social media channels or if you agree to receive information about groups bookings from us by email/post. You can adjust your communication preferences online or by contacting the Box Office.

We are happy to hold your seats to be paid for at a later date or until you have confirmed numbers.

Group reservations are usually held for up to one month but we’re happy to discuss this with you and offer flexibility where we can.

Some shows, including our annual Christmas pantomime, have an exclusive schools performance or pricing.

These performances are often highly discounted and come with one free teacher ticket per 10 pupils. The children are welcome to bring along their own packed lunches to enjoy in our auditorium during the interval.

Ice-cream is a classic theatre treat, but with a larger group of people, ordering ice-cream can become a chore. Take the stress out of the interval by pre-ordering your group’s ice-creams!

Your ice-creams will be ready to collect from our kiosk at the interval. Not only will this save you time and hassle spent queuing on the day, but money too, as we offer exclusive discounts on ice-creams for our group bookers too. To pre-order, please contact tickets@ipswich.gov.uk

For group bookings we accept chip & pin, card or payment by invoice. We can discuss the best option for you when you pay for your tickets.
