You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after booking which will contain a link to download your e-tickets in PDF format. You don’t need to print your tickets; we can scan from your phone.
Please make sure you have your tickets downloaded/printed before arriving at the venue.
For some shows, ticket delivery methods will be limited at request of the promoter. Any change to our standard delivery methods will be highlighted on the individual show page.
Returns: Once purchased, we will only refund tickets if a performance is cancelled. More information on ticket returns can be found in our terms & conditions.
Exchanges: Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production subject to availability. New tickets must be the same price as your original tickets and returned to the box office no later than 48 hours before the performance. There is a £2 per ticket exchange fee.
All tickets are now sent as e-tickets – this allows faster contactless entry into the venue, immediate access to your tickets and a more eco-friendly experience.
Don’t fret, if you haven’t received your tickets, or they have been lost or mislaid, we can issue duplicates at the box office an hour before the show.
For a lot of our shows – particularly comedy and live music – promoters allocate tickets to a number of ticket agents such as Ticketmaster, SEE Tickets, AXS, Gigantic and Eventbrite.
If you’ve purchased through a ticket agent, you’ll need to contact them for transaction information, delivery, returns & exchanges and lost tickets.
If you have questions about the venue itself, have a look at our FAQs – What To Expect page.
We offer a wide range of early bird and multibuy discounts across most of our shows.
Often the earlier you book, the lower the prices. £15 tickets are available for every visiting musical and pantomime prices start from £14, even on Christmas Eve.
Full pricing details are listed individually on each show page and concessionary discounts will be highlighted where available. They apply to under 16s or over 60s unless otherwise stated.
Reservations are generally accepted for groups of 10+ for shows with 4 or more performances. Reserve now and pay later, normally 1 month from the reservation date, although we do offer flexibility where possible.

Unfortunately not. All tickets are non-refundable at the point of purchase and we are unable to re-sell these for you if you cannot attend.
We do! Take the guesswork out of special occasions and let them decide which show to see. Gift vouchers are available at increments starting from £10 and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Demand for some events can be very high, in some cases with hundreds of people trying to access our site simultaneously.
To avoid system issues, we may enable queueing for high demand events.
To make it as fair as possible, customers will be randomly assigned a queue number when tickets go on sale and let through to the site when it is their turn to book.
When we anticipate high demand for events (particularly when shows go on sale), we allocate seats as ‘best available’ to avoid multiple people selecting the same seats at the same time.
In most circumstances, once the early demand has reduced, seat selection will be re-enabled. We do not recommend waiting for seat selection as you may miss out on tickets.
