Step into a world of elegance, intrigue, and sophistication at the Mayor of Ipswich’s Annual Charity Ball. This year’s black-tie evening promises glamour, live entertainment, and a few surprises… all in support of two outstanding local charities: East Anglian Children's Hospices (EACH) & Dora Brown

Start your evening with a drinks reception and canapes hosted by Councillor Stefan Long, Mayor of Ipswich, followed by a decadent three-course meal courtesy of Jamie Lee Smith Catering:

STARTER:

Sourdough bruschetta topped with heritage tomatoes, fresh basil, caramelized red onions topped with buffalo mozzarella drizzled with alight chili oil (Vegan & GF options)

MAIN COURSE:

Fillet of beef served with fondant potatoes, butternut squash puree, carrot, parsnip and green bean vegetable parcel with a beef jus (GF)

Wild mushroom, fennel and black olive puff pastry pizza topped with fresh rocket and ruby chard

TRIO OF DESSERTS:

Zesty Lemon Tart with fresh raspberries, chocolate posset, smoked cheddar cheese biscuit with red onion chutney and celery – (Vegan & GF options)

During the evening there will be opportunities to support the Mayor’s Charities with a glamorous auction of exclusive prizes followed by live music and dancing until late.
