Shortly after booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email, which will contain a unique video link and access code for the video.

The video will go live on the day of the event and you can watch it at any time until midnight (GMT time).

Remember, this link and code is unique to you, so please don’t share it with friends and family or you might not be able to access the video.

If you have an account with us already, make sure you add a valid email address, or the video link may not get to you.

For the very best viewing experience, we recommend connecting a computer/laptop directly to a TV so you can enjoy Panto Online on the big screen. This can be done with an HDMI cable, or by screen casting if you have compatible devices. Make sure you check you can connect before the day.

You can also watch the panto on a table or phone, but you access code is limited to 3 devices, so make sure you try through your preferred device first.

To check everything is working, you can view the trailer further on this page. Try playing the trailer in full screen mode before the day of your event.

To AirPlay a video on Apple TV or other AirPlay compatible device, click your email video link and tap the airplay icon in the video toolbar – select the device where you want to play your video.

Tickets are bookable for all-day events, across a selection of dates between Tuesday 15 December and Saturday 2 January. You can watch at any time on the date you book, but the link will expire at midnight (GMT time).

You’ll only need to buy one ticket per household at £25. The email on the account used to purchase the ticket will be sent the link to the video. Your code is limited to 3 devices, so we’d recommend only opening on your preferred device.

Yes! Captions are available for all screenings of Jack and the Beanstalk.

Click on the ‘CC’ button in the toolbar at the bottom of the video and select ‘English’.

Yes. If you’ve had tickets refunded to a credit voucher (or had gift vouchers for Christmas – you lucky thing!). Select your tickets and enter your credit voucher number on the payment screen at checkout.

In a theatre environment flashing lights and loud noises would normally be removed for sensory-friendly shows. ‘Jack and The Beanstalk’ does not contain flashing lights or loud noises.

Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.
