OUR REFUND PROMISE

Feeling nervous about booking? We understand.

In this time of uncertainty, we understand that booking for a future show may not be something you are considering. Here’s our promise to you: if a show is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders can move to the new date (where available) or have a full refund (including booking fees) to a credit voucher or card.

How will I know if a show I’ve booked for has been postponed or cancelled?
As soon as we know that a show has been postponed or cancelled, we will contact ticket holders directly. You can also check for a full list of postponed shows and new dates here. Make sure your contact details (email/phone/address) are correct by logging onto our website to view your account.

Do I need to send you my tickets for a refund?
You don’t have to worry about sending your tickets back to our box office for us to issue your credit or refund. For postponed shows, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you’d like new e-tickets, let us know – all we need is an email address. We’ll sort things for you and let you know when your exchange or refund is complete. All ticket holders will be emailed at least 48 hours before the show with their new tickets.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different show?
Once we’ve contacted you about a postponement or cancellation, we’re happy to swap your tickets with another show. If you’d like to move, you can transfer the value of your current tickets against the tickets for the new show – where the new tickets are a higher value, you will need to pay the difference, where they are a lower value, we’ll refund the difference back to you. Simply let us know and we’ll help you out.
